Four AMADA make punching machines which is an automated punching system that features turret punch press that's equipped with a high capacity tool rack and an automatic tool changer. The system is able to house up to 300 tools and 600 dies providing the optimal punching solution for variable-mixed and variable-lot production, which provides us more than 320 MT of punching capacity to cater the needs of our customer.

The powder-coat process entails the application of electrostatically charged particles onto the surface of the substrate. In a typical powder-coating system, a feeder unit delivers the powder to an electrostatic gun. The feeder unit also controls the flow of powder to the gun. The gun emits the powder in the form of a diffused cloud. When combined with an electrical field charge provided by a low-amperage power unit, the charged particles seek out and adhere to the surface of the substrate. First piece inspection with all the test such as: - Mechanical Impact Test - Adhesion Test - Bend Test - Scratch Test - Salt Spray Test (Annually)

Our final product is passed through the 2 stage inspection process called as the stage I and stage II inspection process (Check sheet) along with the FAT carried out simultaneously in the presence of the customer as per requirement.

We have highly equipped testing facility which consist of, testing trolleys, HV tester, continuity tester, Digital volt & Ammeter along with the mechanical testing equipment’s like Digital VC / Height gauge, Digital Micrometer, Torque wrench & crimpers which are calibrated periodically which enables our products to stand out in this competitive market.
